Tristar is performing project management/design services for the
City of Chandler’s CM@Risk corridor improvements
project that has a total project cost of $60M. This project will
improve the Arizona Avenue aesthetics theme north of the SR 202L,
create new urban open space and aesthetic corridors, construct new
streets to improve traffic, bike and pedestrian access to the new
commercial development, and replace water, sewer and storm drain
utilities in the roadway corridors. The project includes
improvements to Arizona
Avenue
from Chandler Boulevard
to the SR 202L,
Washington Street
from Boston Road
to Pecos Road,
Fry Road
from California Street
to Washington Street,
and Fairview Street
from Palm Lane
to Delaware Street.
This will become the new gateway into downtown Chandler.
